Most Helpful 9 of 9 review helpful Truely excellent book By E McAdams Although this is a book on chair massage it is excellent as an introduction to massage in general and is one of the best massage books I have read I have also bought several books on chair massage and it is by far the best on that subject I normally cut to the chase and skip all of the introductory chapters of verbiage to get to the routines Featuring more than 250 illustrations and photographs this title offers detailed instructions on the appropriate massage strokes stretching techniques and therapeutic routines to use in seated massage for both relaxation and specific therapeutic applications Each chapter includes hands on experiential exercises and case studies
